Shahad Al Quraishi

An Iraqi immigrant from Baghdad, Shahad Al Quraishi is a recent high school graduate. She is pursuing a double major in Political Science and International Studies through a transfer program from Madison College to the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She has dual citizenship from Iraq and the United States and is fluent in both Arabic and English. During her time in high school, she co-founded MENASA Club (Middle East, North Africa, South Asia), was involved in creating a Restorative Justice Zine, and helped in organizing the Restorative Justice Summit. Shahad enjoys reading classic novels, writing, and watching movies in her free time.
