Toral Livingston-Jha
I grew up in a family shaped by migration and cultural adaptation, experiences that ground my commitment to belonging and care. Over the past 30 years, my work has moved from environmental advocacy into organizational leadership and human development. I'm a certified professional leadership and life coach, a coach educator, and a certified teacher of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. Through my work, I partner with individuals and teams in exploring mindsets, values, habits, and the wisdom of the body; always meeting people exactly where they are as they find their way through life's changes and transitions. Based in Madison, WI, I find joy spending time outdoors and with dear ones. Laughter and connection fuel me up!

Racial justice work requires us to process deep information, but we rarely give ourselves the time and support to truly digest it. This interactive midday session provides a soft landing space where the morning’s learning can expand, settle, and integrate into purposeful action. Participants will be guided through somatic awareness practice, reflective journaling, and shared dialogue in community.
