Shandra Bauer
Shandra Bauer is a grief tender, group facilitator and yoga teacher who is passionate about creating spaces of deeper connection, belonging and care. She facilitates grief circles, retreats and workshops, works with clients 1:1, and teaches group yoga classes. Her offerings are in service of creating a care centered world that prioritizes our relationship with ourselves, one another and the more than human world. Shandra is deepening into her role as a ritualist and is dreaming of offering community rituals that can serve to heal the collective wounds of white supremacy, colonialism and separation. She is a lifelong student and loves to voraciously read, listen to podcasts, and take courses and trainings that deepen her understanding of what it means to be human together in this wild world. Her most beloved teacher is the natural world, and you can often find her out in her garden, sitting near the Big Oak, staring at the moon or running local trails. She is a proud mother of three kids (age 6, 11,13), partner to Adam, friend, sister and daughter.
