Ayomi Obuseh is a community organizer and political strategist based in Madison, Wisconsin. Her work focuses on building developing community leadership, and helping people turn their lived experiences into collective power. For the past decade, she has been organizing around issues of racial justice, civic engagement, and community empowerment. She is passionate about creating spaces where people can question and feel empowered to shape the systems that effect their lives, imagine alternatives, and build power to create necessary change.

Ayomi grew up in Ramstein, Germany and has lived in Madison for the last 10 years. Outside of organizing, Ayomi loves art history, cooking Nigerian food, hiking, and learning about different cultures ideally through travel.
