Registration Resources
Payment Method
It is our preference that registrants pay with a credit card at the time of registration. If you are not able to pay with a card, additional payment options are available.
Please contact support@ywcamadison.org if this is an accommodation you need.
Refund Policy
The deadline for participants to cancel their registration for the 2026 Racial Justice Summit is as follows:
In order to receive a refund (minus administrative fees), we need to receive your cancellation by September 30, 2026.
Any cancellations received afterwards will not be eligible for a refund.
If you pay via credit card, you will receive a refund back to your credit card. It may take two to three days to appear on your account from the date the refund is processed.
Please contact racialjustice@ywcamadison.org to request a refund for the 2026 Racial Justice Summit.
Substitution Policy
Prior to September 21, registrants who are no longer able to attend have the option to transfer their registration to someone else.
In order to transfer your registration to another person who can attend in your place, please email racialjustice@ywcamadison.org with your substitution request and include the person who will be attending in the email.
The person to whom the registration is being transferred will need to provide us with additional information.

Yes. The Summit has been approved for continuing education credits by the Wisconsin Chapter of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW-WI). It is important to us to have accurate information about identities, needs, and interests for each Summit participant. Our hope is that (other than for the Collective Ticket) each attendee will respond to the registration form themselves. This way, we are more likely to have accurate information, which will help us in responsively shaping the Summit experience for you.
If you are registering on behalf of someone else, it is important that the information we receive in the registration form corresponds to the person who will be attending.
Feel free to use this fillable/printable form to support you in providing accurate information on behalf of the person you are registering for. It has all of the information you’ll need to have on hand when you go to register and pay.

The Virtual Keynote Experiences will be recorded.
The recordings will be available for playback within the RingCentral platform shortly after they take place and till the platform closes.
They will also be made available to Summit registrants for three months after the Summit in a password protected webpage. Access to the page will be send in a post-Summit email.
Neither Virtual Breakout Sessions nor any of the In-Person Experiences on September 26 will be recorded.
