Carla Williams is a Madison native, communications strategist, wellness advocate, and founder of The View From Here Wellness Collective, a virtual space dedicated to empowering women, particularly Black and Brown women, on their unique wellness journeys. Carla’s work focuses on mental health, self-care, and community building, and she shares her expertise as a speaker and thought leader.
