Rebecca Hoyt

Rebecca Hoyt (she/her) is the Disability Rights and Services Specialist with the City of Madison Department of Civil Rights, Equity and Social Justice Division. She identifies as Neurodivergent and Mad. Rebecca is committed to celebrating diversity and representing the disability community with pride and works at the intersection of disability justice and disability rights. Rebecca holds a masters public policy and administration and certificate in applied disability studies from California State University - Long Beach. She enjoys long naps, whispering positive affirmations to houseplants, and tending to her chickens.
