Colleen Butler

Colleen Butler is an equity and inclusion strategist, facilitator, and coach with more than two decades of experience designing programs, building learning communities, and leading organizational change. A founding member of the nINA Collective, she supports partners with training, coaching, and strategic planning. Raised in New York’s energy, grounded in Madison’s community, she carries with her the reminder from Mariame Kaba that “hope is a discipline.” Outside of her professional roles, she loves reading, traveling to national parks, kickboxing, and creating spaces where people feel loved and connected.
